PLACE :PRESENT KANNUR CHIRAKKAL?

Having said this, I visited the place at Chirakkal, Kannur for clarification, but I couldn't find a similar structure there. Chirakkal Chira is so big and the presence of he tree is and the location of roads are confusing. I surfed and find a probability of another palace in north Malabar, that is Nileswaram Thekke  Kovilakam.  the structure resembles somewhat, and the locations and symmetries are connecting.  please check the images.

Check the position of steps to the   Chira,( small Lake) and relative position of surroundings. Chirakkal chira is almost the same, but little bigger.

Neeleswar Chira, When full in glory

The place marked is Nilambur Thekke Kovilakam. The green round corresponds a relative position of the tree in old photo(now may not exist) and X mark may be the probable location of the photographer.

The place marked is Chrakkal Kovilakam. The green round corresponds a relative position of the tree in old photo(now may not exist) and X mark may be the probable location of the photographer.

MY assumptions can be 100% wrong. !

and it seems I was wrong. the most probable locality of the palace is near the tree which still exists at the noth side of chira, The place marked in red is Chrakkal Kovilakam which was demolished a few decades ago. . The green round corresponds a relative position of the tree in an old photo and the red rectangle is an empty area probably the site of the old palace (now may be not exist) and X mark may be the probable location of the photographer.
