Old photos of Trivandrum was very nice.I was born and broughtup until 10th standard in Trivandrum.Also I checked Kozhikkode, Thalassery, Kannur & Ponnani pics.Really amazing.Why no old or new photos of Palakkad in this blog? May I know the reason.Please do visit my blog. ThankYou.
Lie. I have seen an ATm in 2001. near vellayambalam. It was canara bank atm. Other than that I got my first atm card in 2003 from Punjab national bank. ATm was already been used by many since 2000 in Kerala. So don't spread lies.
First ATM in Trivandrum was at British Bank of Middle East (which later became HSBC) Branch at Vellayambalam near Bishop's residence next to a petrol bunk (I think this petrol bunk is no longer in existence). This was in mid 90s. Then first Indian Bank to have an ATM was SBT at their Statue Main Branch.

ReplyDeletethe photo of trivandrum in 1998 is a fake one.. the photo is a new one...... there was no Atm in 1998.. atm was introduced in kerala on 2008
